Generational Love

Joel and I were so blessed to have his parents come for almost a week. They flew home last night. We can't express how important their love and support was this week, that started pretty badly, as far as my pain, but small improvements were made, which after 4 weeks, felt big! We rejoice more than this last week, but in a lifetime of their faith, their support, & the generations that love and enjoy one another. It's a beautiful, valuable relationship to have, and I don't take it lightly. Praise God for generational love! It also makes me realize the loss I've had on my side, with the boys not knowing their Grandpa Olson, and their Grandma Olson being gone now for 5 years.

Unfortunately, I didn't get everyone in pictures, which I though to take at the end of their stay, so the whole family is not represented

I'm also planning on going to church again today! Im so excited! I've missed it these weeks pre and post surgery!
